There are more seats on the coaching carousel, but Brad Stevens has started to narrow down his list of potential candidates.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Celtics are seeking second interviews with at prominent assistant coaches still alive in the playoffs, including the Milwaukee Bucks’ Darvin Ham, the Los Angeles Clippers Chauncey Billups, and the Brooklyn Nets’ Ime Udoka.

If new President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens wants to create a similar working relationship that he enjoyed with former boss Danny Ainge, he might cleared the slate today to do so. After trading Kemba Walker to Oklahoma City for Al Horford and Moses Brown earlier today, Stevens has created some financial flexibility in the short and long term. In some regard, he’s shaped the roster to something he’s familiar with, but by the end of next season, the Celtics could potentially have cap space to do something serious in free agency and a new head coach could be a big voice in the room when that happens.

Wojnarowski stresses that this is not exactly the complete list and that other less prominent candidates are also being considered.

From Bet Online this morning, here are the latest betting odds on the Celtics next head coach:
